Due to the concrete heaving and not being able to lock the handle on the garage door some night time exploration happened thursday evening or friday morning. This is my temporary solution until I have the concrete and door fixed or replaced. I have one on each side. It will prevent a repeat of what happened, but will not stop anyone that is determined.

So anyone with a cordless drill and a torx bit could have that removed in seconds?

Its a special star bit, but if you have it then yes. A torx bit will not work. It will deter only those looking for a quick easy score. Such as whoever went through my garage and two of the cars. Anyone carrying a drill and the correct bit would be well prepared for any possible lock, and it would be a moot point no matter what I installed. I also ran them in with an impact driver, as a cordless drill would be lacking the power to run them in. I tried. Also noticed that I said it was a temporary solution. The cars have been unlocked due to faulty lock cylinders and dead batteries. They are locked now and I am not quite sure how I will open them back up latter.

That's just straight iPhone camera photo. No filters or anything.

I read somewhere a ranking of the top somenumber of places to view sunsets/sunrises on earth. Kansas was the only US place on the list.

Have to admit we get some spectacular shows.

Pano didn't do as much justice as I hoped.
