It was 60 when I rode today. I put the windbreak liner into the jacket, and it was borderline chilly with just a t-shirt underneath. Biggest issue was my fingers getting a bit chilly. Should have worn my gauntlets rather than the summer gloves.

tonight I proved that you don't need to be sober to tear your basement wall down. It's so roomy down here now.
previous homeowner attempted to make a nonconforming bedroom and it did nothing but piss me off. so she gone. I made a pretty good mess though.

Well looks like i'm heading back to portland oregon, time to get the sonic back into shape and buy some more car parts.

As for the forum, no offense to these people at all, but I think there are some difficult logistics when several of the moderators set up on the forum no longer own the car the forum is based on. Logically there is no reason for them to return often to contribute.
The mods are doing a good job but we probably need many contributors who still own a Sonic.

I prefer forums to FB pages. To me its more cluttered and harder to find things.

I'm a mod on a Subaru forum, and we had that issue for the longest time. It got bad enough that I just created "canned" answers in word so I could just copy/paste instead of typing it up over and over again. Now, the forum is definitely slower, but we aren't getting the same 5 questions over and over. Our FB page has taken over that title. I really hope that forums can find a way to survive, because I hate the FB approach.

I bought a 99 Civic LX the other day as a second car, just a beater to get back and forth for work, previously me and my wife just had the sonic so we decided to buy a used 99 Civic. Man is it sloooow lol. My sonic would eat that Civic alive lol. But I do like driving the Civic just because I can feel what the wheels are doing through the steering wheel and it doesn't have digital anything so it brings back memories of driving older cars. But hands down the Sonic wins on everything else handling, power, comfort. I may slap some wheels and lower the Civic that's about it. There's no point in doing anything to the engine because its so weak, unless I swapped the engine or turbo'd it but meh i'll just make it look good without ricing it.

Wow. That looks like it is in remarkable condition! All the Rangers I see have paint that is oxidized, rust holes in the fenders, and engines that sound like lawn mowers.
