Lifetime average mpg 1.8 autos only please !

OnStar Is Saying That I'm Getting 34 MPG. When I Do The Math After Every Fill Up I'm Getting 31.?? During The Work Week (Mostly Highway) And 29.?? For The weekend (Almost All Back Roads) And A Fair Bite Of Short Trips.

I have 12k on the clock. Lifetime is 35 MPG. I just did a 400 mile trip and averaged about 40-41mpg on the trip. After 400 miles I still had 2 bars of fuel left.

I'm at just over 500 miles on the car and getting 23.8. Granted, it's been almost exclusively city miles, and I use 10% Ethanol (89 octane), but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a bit disappointed. One of the selling points of the car for me was the mileage I was hoping to get.

Just drove approx 1300 miles from Ohio to Miami, FL. Started off around 37.1 but tapered off to end at 33.8. Doing 71 most of the way.

Getting about 30 mpg combined city and hi way with 5000 miles. I've had it for about 2000 of those miles getting about 29.5 at about 65% city driving.

Almost at 7000 miles now getting 26.8 on the dash. I'm tuned also. Bout 20 mile drive to work all highway. I do about 70-75 mph. Speed limit is 70. Use Shell 93 octane.

little update just shy of 11500 on my 1.8L manual: 32mpg
Learning to keep my foot out of it more and avoid areas with traffic backup.

9,000+ miles 29.7mpg lifetime (haven't reset) & 39.4mph average. I drive agressively I'm sure I could be >32mpg if I got my foot out of it.

Mine is still low 30s.
I use regular, and most of my driving is highway anywhere from 65 to 80.

Update, at 7700 now (1.8 auto) and Onstar app has risen to 31 mpg. The last 1300 miles are running about 32 doing about 60% hi way. My daily 24 mile commute is mostly city and somewhat hilly. I'm liking the mileage, especially with $4 gas around here.
