Just bumping this thread to see if anyone else has had this problem. For the past year maybe once a month, my right side speakers have just produced a static noise with no audio coming out when connected to bluetooth. Now it happens about 50% of the time with the right side speakers either...

I hope you fixed it, but if you had both p0171 and p0496, then you should have just replaced the evap purge valve- even if that blowing test worked or whatever. They're only like $20 I think and those two codes together are almost 100% evap purge valve related.

Is there any other codes? I had that code along with one other and it was changing the EVAP Purge Valve Canister that solved it. Also try adding some fuel system cleaner on your next gas fill.

They recommend doing all 3 at the same time, but if you only want to do one, I'd recommend the rear transmission mount. It's the one at the bottom that keeps the transmission attached to the frame. I had to get a shop to do that one after doing the other two mounts myself and it's significantly...

I doubt it, both of mine came off and everything's normal. Just did a quick search and many people are saying it's just for looks, so that's probably not your problem.

Yes, thank goodness I did my own research cause the 2012 year transmission is the only year that is "officially" interchangeable to itself, so that info is what many transmission shops must pass on to their customers.

I would think noise over bumps would be struts rather than sway bar links. Sway bar links noise are usually associated when turning. It is recommended that you replace them together to save on labour time, so if you could wait a little longer and replace both at the same time, it's be better. I...

Did you have to take the whole intake manifold out or could you just replace the part without touching anything else? It looks a lot easier to replace on the Cruze than the Sonic. I haven't found the location of the arm yet, I'll have to try harder, there's so much stuff down there.
