Most likely BNR stopped manufacturing it - something I've learned is to check thread/post dates. This one is almost 10 years old - might be worthwhile to contact BNR and see what they say about it.

I'm doing one of these kits too, so after getting the hardware in I think I'm just gonna have to swallow the dealer fee for reprogramming..
