Same. I just did my sway bar links and as soon as I started to test driver I heard popping/banging and while jacking/lowering noticed the rear of my control arm moving. Fixed and free of sound now.

Mine has the same problem, I literally did all the stuff you did. Did you fix it? What was the problem? I’m getting real close to buying some wire and starting from scratch.
