I might be crazy, but your console looks nicer than this, where'd you get yours?

Question on the armrest - Does it screw into the console like the Japanese one does?
(Or does it just rest in the rear cupholder?)

The GPS hood is pretty sweet, it'd be great for some really wicked gauges.
