Nice Dave. I didn't notice a torque spec for the coil back bolts. When I checked my gap I just snugged it tight and didn't put any real force on it (maybe 70-90 inch lbs). What is your recommendation?

Eric, fitted the shield for the ZZP and sent the mock up back for production.

not physically, but a CAD drawing. Their IGES files were brutal to convert to my software.

Gotcha, it might have been easier to send you one with the AC lines cut out and let you cut out and fit the intake cut out and then return it to them to make it look pretty.

Yep! I want the coil cover pretty bad, but getting the tires and wheels set(I can see them everyday I'm home) is a higher priority and much more costly.... I will be back from Det in the spring and will just have the stainless one waiting on me.

Tires and wheels are my last big modification before I'm done until the aftermarket picks up.

I've always liked the LTZ wheels. It's not a track car so trying to cut 5lbs of unsprung weight (plus the tires, but once again, who cares) isn't a huge worry for me and mileage should suffer much either.
