My timing belt ended up loosing 6 teeth from the belt. I was driving it and no sound, no clash from valve and pistons. The car just died. The car sat for ten minutes with jumper cables hooked up to the battery. I tried to start it again and tI started. I drove it for 5 miles . Mostly straight away. I slowed down to take a right hand turn and It died again. replaced timing chain and pulleys,. Put everything back together, thinking that's that, good to go.... Lol, not so easy. I tried to start it and you only hear the starter spin. I know the crank is turning the flywheel as the camshafts are turning and oil pumping to the camshafts. I've redone the timing marks on everything 3 different times. Is it possible that the flywheel and crankshaft are out of sync with each other? Or possible camshafts sensor? Crankshaft sensor. I would love to scope the cylinders but I'm basically broke down in the sticks with no transportation at the moment. Any ideas or information would be very grateful.
