15,000 mile issues

I was on along trip last week end and hit 15000 miles and noticed my car is squeaking . I think my heat shield on my catalytic converter is starting to rattle slightly . I started this tread to see if any one else is finding issues with high mileage ware or heavy use ware in a car less than a year old . I want to here all of there things because I want to buy another Sonic this year when the RS come out . But I will not buy a car that wares out in a year .

My driver door has some wind noise; I need to get it adjusted.

My passenger door takes extra effort to close; I need to get it adjusted.

My wife doesn't let me drive it as much as I want; I need to get her adjusted.

My suspension still has that creaking sound; I need to upgrade.

That's all I got.

I noticed today that the one of the bolts that is holding on the heat shelid and a small braket for the o2 sensor wire is off and the bolt is gone

7500 miles, less than 4 months of ownership, clutch pedal clicks and there is a squeak somewhere in the passenger side B pillar or roof. Thats it so far.

I noticed that in the mornings the car is nice and quit as I drive it through the day the squeaking starts doors A pillars the the hatch lid .by the end of the day it gets down right annoying . 15000 miles

Only problem I have is the left front bumper where it attaches to the upper fender seems to stick out just a little bit. Im thinking its from dragging the air dam while parking. Besides that, nothing else is wrong . 10,000 miles

I can hear (but the service department can't) what I believe is that same rattle/buzz when I start my car and also when I pull out from a stop. I have only 1,400 miles on my two months old Sonic.

4,313 miles: Lots of interior squeaks and buzzes from the seats, headliner, center console and dash; underhood buzzes; and multiple body creaks, especally around the rear hatch. Haven't had a car that makes this much noise since my 1975 AMC Gremlin (after 15,000 miles in one year, and buying it new, as well!) Doesn't bode well for any new car.

at 90 MPH my sonic is so quiet. i drove it yesterday and after riding my bike so much it was really weird to drive the sonic. haha

At 7,500 miles - only an occasional squeak from the driver's B pillar, and an occasional rattle from the front passenger seat-belt (easily remedied).

In Service 5/19/12 and I'm at 20017 miles. Lots of wind noise from the drivers door, passenger seat upholstery is lose (the whole bottom of the seats lifts up), when I start the car sometimes the starter bendix doesn't seem to line up with the flywheel correctly and makes a noise. I blame that on the service dept lady that kept trying to pull my car up and had issues letting off of the clutch killing the car several times. Oh....I rarely listen to the radion on my 230 daily commute and i turned the radio on this morning and the right rear speaker must be blown because it's sounds awful. I guess i need to get it to the dealership for a few repairs but first I have an appointment in Houston next Tuesday to get my car completely clay barred thanks to our commercial neighbors deciding to paint out in the open .My car is covered in black and gray overspray. I still like the car though!!!!
