2016 chevy sonic overheating. Replaced thermostat housing and now cooling fan doesnt come on unless AC is on max.

I have a 2016 1.8L chevy sonic that had a coolant leak on the thermostat housing. Replaced the thermostat housing and heater inlet pipe and now the cooling fan doesnt come on unless the AC is on max, causing the car to overheat. I thought the new thermostat sensor may be defective so replaced it with the old one just to check and same issue. I have swapped out the 40amp fuses and same issue. Any ideas? I believe I have bled the system properly to try and get the air out.

Check the heads mine did that time and time again and the heads were being warped because the turbo was getting the engine extremely hot.

Did fixing the heads get the cooling fan to come on again like normal?

Obviously the bad head gasket will not affect the fan problem. I did blow a head gasket do to my fans not working and there is no temperature gauge on my 2014 1.8l. I was going down the interstate so I could not notice it getting hot. I have fixed everything now but my fans still don't turn on automatically as they should so the car has been in my driveway for 2 years. It could be a bad fuse block which a mechanic charged me $200 to diagnose but I replaced it and still no fans coming on. I want to hard wire mine so I can turn the low speed at least on since my a/c won't work without the low speed fan. Any advice on best way to hard wire the fans is appreciated.
