a/c wont blow hot or cold air.... only air

I need help knowing what could cause this. Its a 2012 chevy sonic. Compressor comes on.... under dash fuses are good. Holds the freon..... Now what?

when is the last time you changed the cabin filter?

I have not changed it? i will google it and see if i can find where it is located. Thank you!
