Adapter Specs Help!

I'm just wondering what specs I should use for hub adapters. I want a 5x114.3 pattern but I don't know anything about thread, hub center bore, etc. if anybody has ordered these or something similar already, input is appreciated. Thanks!

It's in the bottom of Preloader's first post. You'll need the sonic bolt pattern and your new pattern to give to whoever is building your adapters.

Bolt Pattern: 5x105mm
Hub Bore: 56.59mm
Lug thread: 12x1.5
