Advantage to Elite

I currently have the Advantage tune on my '12 LT 1.4T. I have recently put on a catback exhaust, and plan on hard piping the stock intake. Would I have to upgrade to the Elite because of these mods? If so, would I have to pay the full price, or just the difference between the tunes? Any info would be helpful and appreciated!
