Hey everyone,
So the other day, my swaybar bushings started squealing like a pig in heat. Managed to get in there with a lithium spray lube and get some grease in the bushings, but I know that’s only going to be a temporary measure, to keep it quiet. In the meantime, looking for recommendations for bushings, I’ve heard that poly bushings are the bees knees for these cars, but first of all is it worth going the energy suspension route. Also looking online, I noticed that the bushing from factory is molded to the sway bar, is this true? I still have the factory plastic endlinks in, and they seem to be in good condition (to my absolute surprise). No clunking or other issues.
What are your thoughts on this. Don’t wanna spend more than i need to, but just wanna get this thing quiet and maybe a little stiffer as well.
Cheers folks, and TYIA
