Automatic Oil Cooler Lines

Looking at the wife's 2012 the other day I noticed the metal oil cooler lines from the transmission that run along the bottom of the radiator are getting pretty corroded... They are $24 for the set on Rockauto.com...

Anyone replaced these as a DIY? Any special tool need to release them from the radiator? Much trouble bleeding out the system afterwards?

I just picked this set of line connector release tools up on Amazon for the same purpose. Covers all sizes for the lines. For what they wanted for just one size I opted for the set. $18
As to the rest of your questions. . . I am waiting for warmer weather. Too old to lay on a cold garage floor yet. Maybe in a month or so.

Mine are the same - perfectly clean until right at the bottom and they are a rusty mess there. I was going to go OEM lines and will see what the price diff is. Don't these just use the little clips on the radiator side that you pull with a pick?
