Ouch. I've been thinking about those people all day. Supposed to be bad again tonight I thought? Keep your head down friends! I don't know off the top of my head who we have here in the line of fire.

I think sprchik is in michigan.

It hit the town 6 miles north of me. Destroyed a bar, smoke shop, power lines and tore up a number of homes. Fortunately no one was killed and only 1 big injury and some minor injuries locally.

My empathy goes out to the people affected.

By the time it hit Detroit area the storm lost a lot of power. Nasty wind and rain, but that was it as far as I can tell. Lost power last night, but it is back on.

We were very fortunate in this area.

Some areas were hit hard by the winds. As far as I know there were no tornadoes in my area. I do not know about southwest of me though.
