blacked out lights and chrome pieces around the lights

hey I'm new to this whole lighting thing, all my previous cars have been stock and i wanna try new things with this car, how do i go about blacking out the head/tail lights? also like the sonic in this picture, SEMA 2011: Chevrolet Sonic Customs and Concepts Photo Gallery - Autoblog , where can i get those rings around the lights... if there even available?
any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I blacked out my chrome grill sections. My turn signals and tailights are tinted too.

got any pictures? and do u see what I'm talking about with the rings around the lights i think they would look sick in a color besides chrome

Ya. I was gonna do those black too just gotta wait for Warner weather. I posted up my blacked out grill in a thread. I didn't take pics of my turn signals tinted yet. Just ****ty out here

only in collor red but you can paint them!

ore you just order some Europese Headlights the are availible in Chroom or not!

Hmm i think it will cost arround 20-30 dollar shipping but Parts are verry expensive here in Europa
the fog lights are costing €404 euro haha on ebay america the are 200 dollar

i want to order the LT and want to buy the chroom rings as aaccercoir
but the said to me the can not be sold appart because the chroom rings are molded with screw from the inside!

thats why i have order the LTZ the had the chroom rings arround the headlights standart!
