BNR Crackle Tune COMING SOON! (Video inside!)

A couple of questions:
1) Does this tune only produce "crackles" on deceleration? Or will it produce more bangs in between gears during high RPM shifting? I love my bangs and I would hate to see them affected by this new tune.
2) Do current BNR tune customers need to pay for this updated tune? Or can this "crackle" tune be incorporated in a datalogged return file?
3) Will this tune cause more rev hang? I can't really tell by watching the video but it seems like the revs are hanging for a while out of gear. Correct me if I'm wrong.
4) Are there any performance benefits here when compared to the "normal" BNR tune?

Has anyone heard if this update is available yet? I just looked on the BNR website to see if it was listed as an option, but didn’t see anything. I’ll email them directly if not.

It's not, but VERY soon. Final testing is currently underway with an expanded beta.

A couple questions:
1) Will there be varying levels of crackle? Including both the frequency of crackles on decel, and the loudness?
2) What sort of wear to exhaust components should one expect with this additional feature? Basically, what exhaust configuration would you recommend to minimize wear? I'm guessing it eats through cats (could be wrong).
3) What fuel economy hit should be expected?
4) Any other consequences to running this, or part recommendations?

Just got the tune installed and all I can say is WOW! Sounds just like the videos you’ve seen. I will say that if you don’t have an exhaust system after your cat free downpipe, the sound isn’t nearly as pronounced. I had my factory resonator and muffler on after installing the tune and an hour later was at the exhaust shop. I’m now turning heads at every intersection. Great job BNR!
