We did a lot of testing with the 1.4T cruze guys and found that there are a bunch of random components that you need to add on to whatever kit you buy to make it a safe kit that will add a good amount of power, and created a kit based on those results. :banana:

You save something like $100-$200 vs. retail buying this all as a kit from us instead of piecing it together, and you know it works. The current world fastest 1.4T Cruze is running this exact setup, and I'm thinking of seeing if Stratton (current fastest Sonic) wants to give it a try.

One of our Cruze 1.4T customers running this kit is making 192WHP and 237WTQ and went 14.5@93mph in the 1/4. I can't wait to see a Sonic running this kit.

Having misfire issues with TB setup...

@NewZJ... I'm currently using the DDM throttle body spacer setup for my water meth and am having misfires at wide open throttle.

After repeated attempts at getting the controller dialed in, still having issues. I suspect that there is not sufficient atomazation and the spark is getting washed out at high RPM.

The other problem with the TB spacer setup is there is siphoning at idle from the intake vaccum. A solenoid can remedy this, but i'm not interested.

Also, the threaded openings in the TB spacer need to be drilled and tapped as they are not a direct fit to the snow nozzles. (drill tap size is listed in the snow instructions).

The TB setup is sweet looking. I even installed 2 nozzles into it for quick change-ability. But if it doesn't work then that's a problem.

If anyone else has gotten it dialed in this way, I'm all ears.

I'm going to remove the TB spacer and use a Snow 40110 screw together plastic bung into my DDM charge hose. Way less sweet looking than the TB spacer, but if it works than that's the main thing.

I'll report back here and make a full post of my install once things get dialed in and working correctly.

Just wanted to put the word out that I was having issues with the TB setup.

@NewZJ It could be the tune, but Brian & I have gone back and forth dialing in the tune. Wondering if I'm using too big a nozzle. I'm using #2 which is 100ml/min I think.

I was reading a post by the guy with the "worlds fastest Cruze" and he was recommending the 60 ml/mn nozzle up to a certain point and then going to the 100 ml/mn. I can't recall the specifics thou.

Kit has been edited to only come with the 60ml nozzle to take the guess work out. If you do a turbo upgrade or something down the road, you'll want to move to a 100ml

i am using an aem kit and they include 2 jets i ran the first one and it wasn't running correctly

so i installed the larger nozzle witch is a 550ml/min

so idk..
