I figured I would start a build thread since I have done a few things to my sonic lately, and have a few more coming up soon.
I plan on getting the trifecta tune in a few days due to some fortunate circumstances with my apartment complex. There has been someone throwing up on the sidewalks weekly, and maintenance is tired of it. So management offered a free months rent to whoever catches them with picture or video. I noticed it always happens Saturday nights, so I decided to stake out last night with my video camera, and around 1:00 am, they came stumbling up the sidewalk, and threw up all over the place. Hello 585 bucks!
I also put in some spectre intake tubing and a K&N drop in filter yesterday. Didn't seem to do anything for performance at all, but its some shiny stuff under the hood anyway. I need to rent a tubing cutter and cut an inch or so off of the 45 degree piece so it fits better. I'm currently looking to buy the lower portion of a stock air box so I can have a spare to try my hand at ******* the bottom out if one, and have the ability to go back to stock at a moments notice.
I also had seeburg muffler cut off the muffler and weld in a straight pipe and a 2.5" tip.

Going to the sign shop tomorrow to get some blue self adhesive vinyl to vinyl wrap the bowties, and hopefully to Home Depot to get some white plasti for the wheels to give that a try. If I like it, I'm going to talk to body shops to see about painting them, since I am awful with paint.
Around tax time, I'm going to get the windows tinted to the legal limit here in arkansas, which I think is 35% front door window, 15% back door window, 5% rear window and a six inch eyebrow on the windshield.
I hope to update every so often with stuff.
