Colbalt or Cruze Coilovers??

How much different is the suspension of a cobalt or cruze compared to the Sonic? What do you guys think? I am trying to set my HB lower than my Pedders Xa Coilovers.

A guy on here made some cx coilovers for a Cruz's work. He had to do a little modifying. I know right out of box. The coilovers won't fit "properlly," they will require some time and finagling. Anything is possible and I am determined.

Wont fit, the Sonic is a different car platform. Wait or get the Pedders (which are the best and will be the best) Only thing left to come out is the Ebay China made ones, which you get what you pay for.

The Pedders Cruze coilover are $400 less than the Sonic and there is a 10% plus free shipping sale going on. The Cruze part number is 10076 and the Sonic part number is 10076S. Furthermore, when I wanted coilovers for my Sonic Pedders said the Cruze coilovers would work with a work around, for the brake lines I think. I am impatient and did not want to wait for the Sonics and a work around for the brake lines scared the living daylights out of me so I got the Pedders lowering coils not the coilovers.

So my suggestion is contact Pedders, they are a forum sponsor, and ask and if the work around is something you can accept, go for it.

And yes, Pedders is the best.

Does that mean you tried or is this speculation. My answer is speculation based on my trying. I may have misunderstood what JusticeDeb of Pedders was saying in her emails, but a workaround involving brake lines was definitely required.

I repeat, contacting Pedders is the best way to get the answer to your question unless Eric is saying he already tried that and that is the answer he got.

the rear is 100% bolt in completly the same

the fronts you will need to make end links message me and i will give you the mesurments you need.

and you will have to drill the holes bigger where the coil bolts to the spindle

no 100% bolt on but it will work i have BC coils for a 09 cruze in my car
