coolant hose rubbing

i was in an accident about a month ago took my car to the dealer to get it fixed and i noticed my car was leaking coolant a few days later took it back to the dealer and the hose was rubbing on the pullys. i have the mp fab intake on and the dealer is saying thats the reason why the hose was rubbing. any ideas on how or why that is happening? any one have any problems with this. thanks

But to cover your side. Take the MPFAb off... did the hose bounce back into place? If it rubs without anything touching it, it's possible it's on backwards? Or the intake installation is awry? In standard setup, no intake should even be touching any hoses...

There is a chance, however slight, that if you have the MPFab heat shield and it's not sitting properly, it could be rubbing a hose. It'd have to be in there at a pretty odd angle to do that, but it's not impossible. I agree with Natesriv. Take if off and see if the hose moves.

The hose isn't even touching the heat shield its the hose that goes right next to the engine above the belts that are over there it's just kinda sitting there

The dealer is saying that cuz I put the intake on the hose is not being supported or something like the old air box had a clip or something holding this hose away from the engine
