Diablo sport intune

I purchased the Diablo sport Intune a few months back and have not been able to install it. Ran the update prior to hooking up to the car and I've double and triple checked for any updates. It seems as though the tuner I have is not compatible with my RS. I hate to think I spent $800+ on the tune and injectors for nothing. Can someone please get back to me?

I've emailed diablo a few times and even posted on their forum with no response. I get past the pcm back up skip the tcm and I get a message vehicle not supported

It sounds like you got a bad unit or something..the Diablo folks might be able to do something if you wait on hold with them? Not sure what it looks at to match the vehicle to all the tunes it has.

Sounds like your particular calibration ID isn't in their tune file yet. Plug your intune back to your computer. Browse the contents using file explorer and look for a file called info.xml

email that file to support@diablosport.com so they can add your calibration to the next tune update.

Yeah that's the problem most likely. Worst case maybe we get an RMA from Diablo and switch you to EFILive. When did you email me? I don't remember hearing about this issue recently, and the last person that contacted me about something like this was told to contact Diablo directly. May not have been you though.

I've already sent the info.xml file to diablo. a month or so ago and haven't gotten any response from them. And the original message I sent to jerry was late last month and a follow up email on Sep. 10th.

Believe it or not Jerry I finally got the tune to work on my car. I just sent you an email with the xml file for my car.

Cool..let us know how the custom tune is.
I've been using the built in diablosport 91 tune and am really happy ..car is just more enjoyable.

How are ya'll liking it so far? I think this is one of the best single mods you can do to this car. For anyone that hasn't done it yet, opt for Jerry's custom tune. It's icing on the cake.

ineed hep with intunes

i'm waiting on hold with diablo right now for over an hour, i sent the an email along with one to BNR with no response, my car has been in the run postion for an hour and a half and i'm scared the car might turn into a brick if i don't get help fast. i updated the tuner, pluged it into the car , i wanted to back up ECM but i didn;t see that option so i went to tunes and got the message some contoll units on the vehicle that are not supported but readable. these reads would normally be sent to diablo tech support. attempt unsupported read YES or NO. i chose NO. the hand held did nothing and no back arrow. 3
0 minutes later the no button was illuminated again so i hit it again . now the hand held is giving a message to wait wail the tool reboots for the last 20 min.
i don't know if it is safe to unplug handheld

This is what scares me about one-off hand helds. Cobb is good but it has been around for many years. If it was me, I would unplug. Did you press the brake pedal in the beginning on accident?

I would turn it off and try again. Don't touch the brake pedal, roll the windows down and shut both doors ... Cycle the key again... Then start the tuning process.

Someone else was having a similar issue with a Diablosport tuner from BNR.
