Foot of Snow in 2 Hours Flat...

Just got hammered with a nasty snow storm that blanketed us with at least a Foot of Snow here in a 2 hour Span. Was coming down so damn fast it was impossible to keep up with it to keep the driveway and sidewalks cleared. and all we have are shovels so it was a long grueling process to clear enough of the driveway to get out in the morning to go to work.

what a day this has been here! was coming down so hard and fast it was a whiteout at many points trying to get home from work. Took me 20 minutes to do a normally 5-8 minute drive home from work. What a mess here... Think its time to invest in a snowblower of some sort!

Dammit - looks like I'm too far north to enjoy any of that. I knew buying a new snowblower would solve my snow problem!

That's always the way it works. Don't have something, you'll need it. Have it you won't need it. For years I've lost power due to weather, transformers blowing, car accidents, etc. So I bought a generator. Haven't had the lights flicker since.

Yeah it is nice as long as its not in your area. lol. and all i have is snow shovels. would love to have a snow blower. would make clearing this crap away alot easier!

got the same storm here in PA. it was lightning and thundering while snowing

got the nasty storm on Friday, then saturday night drops another inch, and then today the winds were strong causing drifts galore making traveling a complete PITA!! But i have to say, with the new tires i bought in the summer of 2013, my sonic handeled the crap conditions like a champ. Acted like a Snow Plow just plowing right thru those drifts like it was nothing and never got swirly when doing so! Love my Sonic!

Experienced something similar about a month ago. Couldn't even see the Sonic under the snow!
