From 2012 Suburban LT to 2013 Chevy Sonic LS

Thought I would introduce myself.

So I am going from a 2012 Suburban LT with all the bells and whistles to a 2013 Chevy Sonic LS sedan manual. I have a 18 month old and 7 yr old and not sure how this is going to go over.

Decided to ditch the Suburban payment for an RV payment and a towable car. The Sonic gets dropped off at my home tomorrow and we will begin our search for a class A RV.

I used to drive a Toyota Yaris for work/business purposes a few years ago so I am good with this change. I plan on doing a full custom audio install and I will be good to go... not sure about the kiddos.

Anyone else with a family go from a large SUV to the Sonic? If so how did the kids handle it?

Went from a Tahoe to the sonic but all I have is one and she's 7 months old. But so far so good and I'm not worried about space when we plan to have another one.

Well I went grocery shopping today and was really impressed with the space in the trunk on the sedan. Threw in some portable dvd players and the kids seem to be adjusting.

Just need to get sound system installed and find an RV we may be adjust just fine.

I had a '99 4 door Tahoe LT that I got rid of for the sonic when my son was 1.5yrs old. Now he's almost 3. We have no issues. And we take the sonic on 3-4 hour road trips up to the campground almost every weekend during the summer.
