Hey, so I wound up getting a wink mirror for Christmas as it was on my Amazon wish list. I like how it works in the Sonic, but the wife has called veto power on it, and I need to get rid of it. Have you done a DIY thread on this? Not sure how it is for the Sonic but I remember having one of these for my Pathfinder and it was a pain, I ended up making custom brackets to get it to work.

There are other articles that have been done for installing. The original brackets line up nearly perfectly with the visor mounts, so you just unscrew one visor mount screw, and put in the Wink Mirror. No damage to the interior, completely reversible. I have my stock mirror tucked up behind, with the onstar buttons sticking out below.

Very helpful. You can see slightly out of the driver front window, all the way around to slightly out of the passenger front window. Nothing's distorted or "closer than it appears" since all the panels are flat. If you're tall, it does cut in to your visibility of street lights a bit, but not overly so, and there are still ways to easily see red lights.
