Future Sonic RS owner

Just thought I'd drop by and say hi (some of the names I recognize from Cobalt SS forums?) I use to own a turbo swapped (BNR 2871GT), and highly modified LNF HHR SS (I went by HHRSSouth on cobaltss.net). I also owned a 2011 Buick Regal LHU turbo (think E85 capable LNF) that was slightly modified. I guess you can say I'm hooked on Ecotec engines and more specifically the turbo engines (I've owned some sort of ecotec powered car since 2004).
I have known Vince @ Trifecta pretty well since 2009, we've worked on a lot of tuning firsts for the HHR SS and the Regal Turbo. The man knows his Ecotec engines and developed a lot of firsts for the LNF platform while HPTuners was playing catch up. He may not always be the most aggressive as far as tuning, but he will tune your car safe (enough shameless plugging for him).

Any how I plan on buying a Sonic RS in white with white wheels when they become available. According to this site pre-orders should be available come Aug. 16th or thereabouts. I'm looking forward to seeing the community working together to make the Sonic a subcompact car to be reckoned with. I can already tell you from research that R&D for the Sonic is ahead of the game vs. what it was for the LNF engine in the same time frame when it was released in the USA.

If the computer will accept RS orders tomorrow, are you both going to put your orders in then? It would be fun to track how the two progress through the different status changes if you all don't mind.

Orders are accepted (it is called consensus) on Tuesdays. Of course, there are exceptions the most recent being Camaro ZL1 orders were accepted on a Saturday. I think Chevy did that to throw a curve at people like me who try to figure out the ordering process.
