Glowshift gauges

Anyone have any pics of glowshift gauges installed? I am not sure of the black ring instead of the silver ring on the colbalt series gauges.

I think that is what I have in my ranger.

Thanks for the input! There is about a $100 difference between them in set of boost, oil pressure, water temp & volt gauge. Going to start with boost / vacuum then get a replacement dash pod from GM to build a three gauge cluster with fiberglass and epoxy.

At first I was drawn to the glowshift gauges because of the price. But I've learned that you get what you pay for. so I did a little research.

After reading reviews on the glowshifts I was a little weary about purchasing them and installing them. There were a lot of good reviews from many forums, but there were also a handful of sour reviews complaining about customer service and such.

In the end I decided to pay extra for Auto Meter Cobalt series gauges.

I keep going back and forth. Truth is $25 per gauge does not justify installing the glowshift. The cobalt match nearly perfect. Sometimes you just have to pry open the wallet
