Good day all, As you know or not know Chevrolet has pulled out of South Africa.
GM still has an office in SA that looks after the warranty. I am really strugling at the moment with my 2016 Sonic 14 RS that is still under warranty with an intermitted jerking between 1st and second gear ( Manual ) and they cant find the problem. It has been now almost 14 weeks. Can I submit a complain to GM USA? or am I left for the wolves?
