A couple of weeks ago I posted that my brand new (to me) 2013 Hatchback had suffered some damage from a recent hail storm. I had had the car for only a couple of weeks, less than 5.5k miles (it came with 4700), and had not even made the first payment. Bummed would be a kind expression of my feelings...
Had the damage estimated and the $4,500 amount was a bit of a shock considering the dents were small, and represented about a third of what I paid for the thing.
Insurance company sent me a check for their portion an I then had it repaired by one of the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) folks. They did a super job, car looks just like it did before the hail. I guess I'm back to being a happy owner.
But now I get a bit nervous when they forecast storms...
