I've been trying to figure out the source(s) of my 2015 Chevy Sonic 1.4 (100k miles) coolant leak for months. I've replaced the water pump, coolant thermostat, coolant water outlet, coolant hoses, leaky hose clamps, coolant reservoir. I even tried using K-Seal, hoping there was a minor leak that could be plugged up with the sealant.
I've stopped some leaks but looks like coolant levels still drop after each drive.
I looked under the car and saw the following area is wet (marked in red)

although, it's hard to tell if the wet stuff is coolant because of the grime (when I wipe it, all I get is moist black grime). What part of the car is this that I'm highlighting and what might cause the liquid leak (and what is the liquid?)
I also notice that the oil pan bottom is moist but that may be some type of oil.
One thing to know is that late last year before I started all this work, the car's coolant level was so low that the car's check engine light turned on. I drove a few miles slowly to Autozone to get some coolant so hopefully that drive didn't cause permanent damage.
