Looks like a nice unit. HOWEVER, is the manufacturer a name you've ever heard of? I just googled them and they appear to be based in CA, which can't hurt, but that's always a warning sign. Some reviews also state some funtions stopped working after install (but I'm not sure which).... with today's increasing integration of systems (especially in the head unit/HVAC/lighting systems) it's hard to find something that can work seamlessly with that.

On several of my cars I bought the off brand name stuff since it was cheaper, which means it comes from China, the instructions were almost readable, and the GUI was an afterthought... You do get what you pay for, and I wasn't suprised or upset about it mind you, it's just one of the reasons it was so low priced was basically just a knock off of some other actual name brand. They all worked...just not like the "good stuff"

I bought this knockoff and it's been pretty good to me since. Don't always judge it. Slightly laggy, but what do you expect?

I wish I'd gotten something like the one I posted though. 512mb of ram and 1gHz would definitely be more than enough to prevent lag when switching between functions. Also having updated maps would be nice (and using Google Maps for other things such as traffic).

This feature literally means just connect your iPod to your OttoNavi head units and feel convenient to use it.

This ad was not written by a native English , even $ub$onic could do a better job. I don't believe anyone is paying american workers to build these and then sending the ad copy job offshore.

I particularly enjoy the news that

All units only come with user manual. No installation instruction is included.

. Good deal for them, when the thing doesn't work they just claim you installed it wrong. After all, what are the odds you happened to do everything in exactly the way and order they want, when you don't have any instructions to work from.

Actually this is the one thing that makes me think perhaps it is American made after all. We all know no American is going to read the installation guide anyway, why bother including one!
