pwven, congrats on the new car! Looks just like mine except for the fog lights. For my LT package, I could get niether fog lights nor 16" rims with the 1.4 Turbo Gasoline engine. No idea why Chevy limited those to 1.8L non-turbo LT only?!?

Do you know where the car was manufactured? I'm assuming it's the same factory that supplies Europe. I saw a few Sonics in Poland a couple months ago...

I wish we could get the 1.3L Turbo Diesel in the USA !

Going by the Chevy South Africa website, their rated mileages (of course they use a different testing standard)

Urban__________5.7 l/100 km________41.3 mpg(US)

Extra-Urban_____4.0 l/100 km_________58.8 mpg(US)

Combined_______4.6 l/100 km________51.1 mpg(US)

Watch out for those Imperial Gallons when converting...

I do not know where the car is manufactured. I am also confused with all the different models over the world.

I love the power and the torque it puts out. The exceleration is fantastic for a 1.3 liter engine.

Yes this is the stats that Chevey SA claim. I will be very happy if only I get close. One thing is for sure is that it is very light on diesel but will give feedback after a couple of weeks.
