I grow weary of these "I want to install non O.E. equipment that could potentially affect drivability, will I still have a warranty" threads.
Anyway here goes the info you seek. No real way to make it louder without voiding the warranty, atleast without going back to stock before going to the dealer.
According to some act that can be googled, the dealer must prove that an aftermarket part caused the problem to void the warranty. In reality they usually say you have to pay for an issue that may or may not be caused by your mod. Many times this happens if the mod you made COULD cause the issues you went in there for; lets say you went in for poor throttle response and have an aftermarket intake, they'll probably say "go back to stock and come back if the problem occurs with O.E.M. equipment." or "If you want THIS issue fixed you need to pay for it".
The most dealer friendly way is to cut a hole in the bottom of the airbox (the lower box that clips sits in the fender). This will make more noise, be virtually undetectable to the dealer, and if discovered the dealer won't void your powertrain warranty because of it.
Next up is an aftermarket intake. Even more noise and most dealers don't care if you have one installed. It's also easy to swap out if you have a dealer that frowns upon an intake.
Then there's the Forge BPV that replaces the stock unit BPV and functions the same. It's slightly louder than stock and fairly hidden thus hard for a tech to notice. If caught with it you may face some warranty concerns especially if you have turbo problems.
The loudest option is the Forge BOV. Like the forge BPV, this replaces the stock unit. Only instead of recirculating boosted air around the compressor, it vents it to the atmosphere for that loud pssshhttt sound. This requires a tune and will most certainly raise eyebrows and put you under scrutiny at the dealer because of the definitely not stock "hey this is a BOV" noise coming from under the hood.

Then the other loudest and most expensive option is the Charge tube with a BOV. It's the traditional method of installing a BOV and can be equipped with many different makes of BOV upon request. It's in your face as soon as you pop the hood and also loud so good bye powertrain warranty...

That's all the intake side of things. On the exhaust side you need a Catless downpipe, preferably 2nd cat delete, and a cat back loud enough to hear the exhaust and you'll get sweet sweet turbo spool noises.
