Motor Mount Nylon Spacer Install Fail

I just got TTR mounts for my car and tried installing the nylon spacers to help the vibration. When I tried to tighten the bolt on the spacer it just squished the nylon up and over the bolt. How did you guys get it to work? I used the measurements that Preloader posted and it was a big fail lol.
