So a few days ago I called to reactivate OnStar. They actually gave me a great deal, 6 months of Directions & Connections package $12.95 total. So of course I reactivated for that price. After the reactivation I have been trying to have OnStar send me navigation directions as well as trying to get them from the Remote Link iPhone app. When the advisors send the information for download the system prompt states that directions are being send to my vehicle but soon after says that the directions were not received. When I try from the iPhone app the phone states they were sent to my Sonic but nothing actually happens in the vehicle. Before my initial subscription expired I had used this feature before with zero problems. The OnStar advisors sent me to tech support who ran some diagnostics and said they updated the settings on my Sonic. That still has not fixed the problem. I am now waiting to hear from the Sr Tech support who is working my issue. This probably has nothing to do with it but I do have the Trifecta tune on my Sonic. Has anyone experienced this problem?
