P0013 --Replace CPASV (Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve)

Quick question:

Dealership Diagnosis found code P0013 Exhaust Camshaft Position A Actuator Valve Failure. They want to charge me an arm and a leg (like 500$), when the part itself cost me $28 bucks, and the labor should take me roughly 15-20mins.

I got the part for replacement, but there are two positions, which one is position A, and which one is position B? I found some videos of how to do it, but the person that posted it replaced both. Is it the one closer to the front, or the back?

Exhaust side. The code is saying the one closest to the exhaust manifold.

Hopefully it's not the actuator itself. That would explain the high cost. I agree though, if it's just the solenoid, that's a bit high.
