Plasti dip your grill outline

Pretty much just taped everything off. Except the whole grill and kept the chrome around my bow ties. Then plasti dipped slowly with light layers until it was black and that's how it turned out. Very hap-pay hap-pay hap-pay

Looks really good on the red. Have a couple cans of black dip left from another project. Going to have to see how it looks against a black car.

Did you cover the grill opening? That stuff is not good for anything behind the grill.....

I didn't totally paint over the grill opening. Mainly focused on the chrome and whatever plasti dip got on it was just where it's plastic that leads to more plastic. Never totally focused the plasti dip mainly on the opening

Nope, not me. If/when I do my surround I will new paper the grill openings off just encase. I'm a better safe than sorry type of guy. Obviously you had the radiators in mind while spraying so the advice is a moot point.
