Please read before starting a thread.

As membership grows and the number of posts dramatically increases, all members need to start being careful where new threads are placed. I have gone forum to forum today, and there are several threads that are in the wrong forum. I posted as much in each thread to let the OP know he misclassified his thread and I also sent Mike a message suggesting a move to the proper forum.

This site will quickly become a cluttered, unusable mess if members aren't careful about where they put their threads. In order to keep the great information this site provides organized, PLEASE take a minute to familiarize yourself with the various sections of the forum. Go into each one and look at the topics already in there. Are they similar to your topic? Or has your question perhaps already even been asked? Please look before you post, and don't forget the search function.

There have been several new threads started recently that are in the wrong forum. Please understand that just about anything to do with an actual part of the car will belong in one of the sub forums under the "Chevy Sonic: Technical" section. There is an interior sub forum where ANYTHING to do with something on the interior of the car should go, and Mike just added an exterior sub forum where ANYTHING to do with exterior body items should go.

By posting things in the wrong section, you clutter up the entire forum, and you create extra work for the Staff, who have to go forum to forum and move threads to where they belong. PLEASE take a minute and THINK before you start a thread!

When threads are started in the wrong forum, they WILL be closed and the member will have to repost in the correct section. Sorry if this upsets you, but it's necessary to keep the entire forum organized.
