Orange hatch, Virginia plates QZP-3006, aftermarket gunmetal rims.
I've seen this car twice now. Last night it was parked in front of Court Street Bar & Grill.
Tonight I was behind it heading south on OH-833; the car pulled into Powell's Food Fair at 7:23PM.
I imagine this is a sailor home on leave. I didn't see the city sticker on the windshield. Do Virginia cities still do this?
