Possible PCV Failure?

Hey there, so I just checked my check valve to see if the nipple was still hanging on (it was I think) and I noticed there is a lot of crap built up on the walls. The residue smells like fuel for some reason, but I'm guessing it's caked on oil? Just looked under my spark plugs as well and the same grossness was in the cylinders as well. It looked fine when I first got the car. I've had the car for the last 20k miles and do oil changes every 5k or under with only synthetic. I've also changed the plugs about 10k miles ago with the factory ACdelco plugs gapped at ~.30. Any ideas on what it could be?

Also the ring that I thought sits on the male side of the manifold came off. Even pushing down as hard as I can muster on the hose and clipping it, it comes right off with barely a tug.

Update: Replaced the corrugated hose since the other check valve wasn’t doing much when I tried sucking and blowing on it
Car runs better and idle doesn’t stumble as much like it used to. Saving up for a fix kit just in case. Going to de-carbon and port the mani while I’m in there

How do I prevent another sludge buildup? A catch can perhaps? Definitely don’t want all that blowby in my turbo. It’s already on its third one (current one has roughly 25k miles on it).

Antifreeze leak?

It looks to me like there might be small antifreeze leak into the oil that makes it emulsified into crud.
