Power steering Issues

So recently I went out one evening and came back to my Sonic to realize my power steering just stopped working...

I'm not sure if the power steering assist motor went out or if there is a fuse associated with the unit.... Or if it's something else altogether...

It comes back functioning momentarily but once I take a turn it turns off with my Amber steering wheel light on

Have you been in the fuse box in the engine compartment lately? I suggest making sure the three bolts (10 mm?) are tight. When I had that open to install fog lights, I didn't screw those in all the way and lost power steering. Actually, the car didn't start, but once I fixed that, I had no power steering for one drive cycle. Same CEL.
