I know it's supposed to turn off when you open the door after removing the key....but does anyone know which wire I should use to make it stay the eff on after all that? I'd like to leave my phone/tablet/other devices in the car charging while I run into the store or whatever, but am not able to do that in the sonic. Can't be that big of a drain to charge a low wattage item, the 2012 malibu that my work gave me has it's 12v port stay on all the time regardless. Just figured I'd ask in here before I actually started digging around with the multi-meter to try to figure it out. Thanks for any replies.

sorry I personally have not tore into it to figure out the wiring colors, I would personally tap onto the Radio hot wire and drop that down and swap out the + wire side of the cig lighter.

If you pull the cup-holder center out (really easy to do with a screwdriver) there is a little wire bundle, the power for the ACC is the largest one, I believe it is purple/Yellow, and that cuts on and off with ignition, this is the wire I tapped into for my stereo, and if you cut it and connect it to a power (fused) line from the batt, you could succeed in your goal.
