Steering wheel radio control for "SRC" source

Is it just me or does the "SRC" source selector wheel hard to move up or down with your thumb or index finger? Pushing in on the dial to make Mylink change audio sources is okay. Moving between programmed favorites with the up/down function is almost impossible. I'm constantly using my nail to get a grip on the rubberized wheel.

Unlike the cruise control res+/set- wheel that has a tactile raised lip, the "SRC" wheel isn't very grippy. Maybe, it's just my vehicle.

My biggest pet peeve with this car! Why would they make the cruise control one raised over the radio one which would be utuilized so much more.

I was about to take it into the dealer. Such a small thing is so frustrating as it distracts from my driving. Can't change the channel with any ease most of the time. I may just stick something in the src wheel just to get traction with my thumb.

A small piece of skateboard grip tape right over the top of the source button works wonders. I went aftermarket head unit so I don't have that issue anymore.
