Any suspension upgrades for these cars in the works that we could look foward to? I saw what looked like a stabilizer bar under the car when looking at the exhaust pictures.

So far we have tested a couple rear sway bar designs and have one in the works, just need to finalize a couple things.

Also our car has a set of coilovers on it right now that we have been testing, so there will be some other options once we get everything to our liking.

I think it's Great you guys are developing all this stuff. I wish I could buy my car now. Then again there will be way more mods out at that time so i'm sure i'll be happy!

To get back on topic, I noticed Dave's response about modifying coilovers designed for the Cruze to use in the Sonic in the BC BR thread and that reminded me DDMWorks is testing budget coilovers. BC makes generally acknowledged acceptable budget coilovers. Is there an update that can be shared with the forum?

Seems like DDM has completely disappeared. I would like an answer to this as well. Not much support being shown in the DDM forum though.

The coilovers that we tested were not from Pedders or from BC and looks like they will not be coming to market, atleast right now. They were modified versions of a Cruze setup to make work on the Sonic and although they do work, the modifications that are needed to make work correctly is not something the manufacturer is interested in right now, but may in the future.

We have had good luck with BC on other vehicles and will be picking up a set to try on our little tester soon, and then eventually end up with the Pedders most likely. That way we can get a feel of all of the coilovers to be able to give the best feedback to everyone that asks.

I have read many posts regarding similarities of BC and Pedders coilover systems and therefore am looking forward to an actual comparison.
