Well, never thought I would be thankful for that ugly black bar of plastic. But boy am I sure glad it was there to take the hit and not any of the painted bumper. I decided to unintentionally give the van in front of me a little love tap at a stop light (that was green mind you) after they started to move and then abruptly stopped for what ever reason as there were no vehicles in front of it. Any way looks like I got some mending to do and some chrome to replace.

Ya any further to the left side there, it would have looked worse and got into the painted area. This was like a 2 mph collision onto a bumper hitch so not surprised it broke the plastic but didn't think a small tap like that would have had the effect it did either. Oh well I just have to figure out a way to fix it with out replacing with expensive stock parts lol Thinking of using the vinyl I did on the bow ties to cover the mustache. Basically tape it back together and Hope it looks half way decent.

Haha very very true. Now I do have a legitimate excuse for the cops when I get pulled over for no front facing plate. I just tell them the bracket broke off and I havnt fixed it yet

Ya I think it will work well as it kind of was the plan any way before I crunched it up. That or paint it body color along with the fog bezels to blend in more but now that it has broken plastic, dont think that will look all that great.

Yes SSB we will continue to platidipp, vinyl, tape and sticker anything and everything that we please to. For the sake of doing whatever the hell we want with our vehicles that we paid for. Just as you insisted on sticking to a low and loud theme. What do you suggest I do huh? Leave it as it? Pay my $1000 insurance deductible for some broke plastic to be fixed? Or use some carbon fiber vinyl (same as my bowties are) to "tape" and cover the damage and look ok/different in the process for less than $5? Hmm...sounds like an ok idea to me as its a cheap easy fix for the time being.

Here is a suggestion...instead of spewing constant non sense and opinions that come off as offensive. How about you relay some suggestions or ideas, rather then "gettn all ghetto" on other comments.

Lighten up and have fun on the internets for a change instead of working your way to a permanent ban (which believe me, most are rallying for at this point) with your rebuttal's. You might as well embrace the "low and loud" with a "super stock airbox" thing as it is not going away anytime soon just too much fun at this point.
