Wow nice, any tutorials on how you removed the chrome trim?

Looks good!! What did you do to prep the pieces for painting? Any tips for us on maybe a good cleaning and scuffing product? In the past I have used like a green scotch brite pad and some windex. Do you have a better method? Also did you have to use an adhesion promoter?

Was thinking about doing my trim in vinyl, how hard was it to take off?

Its all in Plasti-Dip which is a rubber coating that comes in a spray can. Basically all you have to do is mask off the area around your target and leave a small gap between the mask. You can then peel the excess off the body and it will follow the seam. Pretty cool stuff, But it leaves a small texture, which I don't mind because it closely matches the other black plastic accents. There are so many Plasti-Dip tutorials on youtube, I decided not to do one. But I have yet to do the back accents and will make a tutorial if there's a request.
