Thermostat housing warranty

My thermostat housing appears to be leaking, and I was told there was extended warranty on it, up to 150k. I have a 2012 ltz 1.4l with 117k on it. If not under warranty, do I need to buy the whole housing unit or just gasket? Figured I'd be better off just replacing whole unit. Does new unit come with new gasket? Thanks for any help.

I should've searched and saw this has been asked on here, my fault. Looking at the other post, it looks like it probably wouldn't be under any warranty. I went ahead and ordered a new housing. Is there anything else I may wanna replace while I'm doing this? I've already had to replace the coolant outlet, reservoir, and upper radiator hose.
