Nope it's static. Doesn't obstruct view at all. It's an android tablet so it'll do whatever you want it to do.

How high does it go above the dash? I know you said that it doesn't obstruct your view, but it looks huge. And how easy does the tablet come out. I'd hate to have that thing just sitting in my car, especially if I'm parked in the city.
